Just truly horrible banking experiences. I have been a customer here since I moved to portland 5 years ago and have nothing but minor annoying issues (as well as some large ones such as a missed deposit!!). However, today they took the cake by refusing to answer their phones and forcing me to drive down only to find out they no longer offer currency exchange. The new hire Austin , is more friendly and attentive than the regular employees ! I opened an account here and it was because of his excellent customer service. I agree with the review below. I also went in at 3pm and there were five tellers and one just working the window, creating a very lengthy wait. Then I saw two bankers walk out and just sit at their desk instead of taking customers. It is not professional to have just one teller. Just walked here, online and posted on the door says they close at 5; got there at 4:50, doors were locked and the security guard scurried off when he say me trying to get in.
I am wondering if this location will ever reopen, thank you.
