I just had a strongly negative interaction with the bank. The bank refused to honor a valid power of attorney, which leaves a hospitalized family member unable to make a mortgage payment or pay bills. I actually don’t believe it’s legal, but the decision is one that lacks heart and integrity. To be clear, it’s the branch and the larger organization that failed here.

We have been using this branch for years and have always had a great experience. They know all of us by name, very helpful whether in the bank or via drive up. And yes, any bank you go into can be busy inside at certain times, but these guys give you individual attention and make sure the job is done well.
Staffs are very welcome, kind, respectful, have knowledge customers' needs, explained all questions and concerns. I highly recommend using the service in the branch.
