I don’t write reviews but that’s how much I hate this bank. So many limitations on how/when/how much of your own money you can have access to. ESPECIALLY at this specific location. Go literally anywhere else they make up their own rules here.
I was a victim of Fraud and I called and went Right in and they had everything for me to change account and phone numbers plus emails to connect with
Apparently, there isn't a single branch in the greater Portland Metro Area that will answer their phone anymore. I have to schedule an appointment to ask a banking question at my own bank - but have to agree not only to spam emails but also calls and texts to make that appointment. Customer service is dead, and no one cares.

I live in the area and always walk by after work to find the guard outside smoking and on his phone or talking to the same group of people. What is the point of him being there?
