Spent literally 15 minutes in the drive-thru teller being ignored only to he told my transaction could not be done in the drive-thru. Forest ran branch in customer service experience ever with a bank!
The poor staff at this location, they are all fantastic but as US BANK keeps closing branches and not staffing the nearby locations the line is INTENSE everytime. Average wait time of more than 20 min, and I’ve waited as long as 45 min. ALL of the staff here deserves better, and so do the customers that US BANK isn’t hearing. I’m here for work but I would NEVER move my personal finances over unless they open more locations or get their very friendly and efficient staff some HELP.
Slowest bank ever. Was in line for 15 minutes. Four people in front of me. As soon as the person in front of me was at the window, they put the closed sign up. Smfh.
In the five years we’ve been US Bank constituents, they have closed their closest branch and then also closed the next closest branch. This is our third “closest” branch and no longer within walking distance. We found it to be a beautiful building and a positive experience. They ARE very busy and if you need more than a walk up transaction, an appointment is a must. We worked with Ty who was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Third try is the charm!
