Do not bank with them they will cancel your account if you get a fraud. Also they will keep giving you new cards everytime you call so it's been 4 weeks with 3 cards and they still haven't mailed me a secure card. Forget them and never bank with them like I said they are keeping your money and making sure you can't pay your rent or bills. I dont even give them a star rating but give them a zero.

They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable and I like doing business at the Norwood Branch. Evan is one of the managers and he'll walk you thru anything you need to know. He helped me out setting up both my checking and savings accounts and explained everything and answered all of my questions. Good job and good customer service.

Soy un cliente regular del banco por cuestiones de trabajo debo asistir casi todos los días a hacer depósitos en la cuenta de empresa y nunca había tenido inconvenientes hasta el día que me atendió la señorita Jill Muchn creo que es su nombre, cero empatía con los clientes, muy ruda al hablar y nada de educación al atender a uno como cliente, siempre con mala actitud y malas respuestas cuando le hago una consulta de cualquier tipo, la última vez me tiró mi id y mi tarjeta de banco de mala gana, no sé si es porque soy latino ... read more
