Drive the the docks are on the right side of the building. There 4 different businesses here. If you come in on the left you can go all the way around the back to come up on the other side. Note: you'll have to cross over a railroad tracks next to some oil tanks on the right. . Down side it's taken 3 dang hours to unload.
It sent me right to the place without any trouble.
