I puchased a 2014 camry in oct. They promised me repeatedly to fix an overhead console light and have failef to do so in 3 months. All I get is excuses. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE ! They are liars and have no intention og honoring their promises. NEVER buy Anything from US AUTO. THEY CANNOY BE TRUSTED! I am suing for repair they have promised and failed to deliver.

They made several promises during the negotiation — including a free service package and minor repairs — but once the deal was signed, none of those were honored. I feel completely cheated.
As soon as the sale was complete, they stopped responding to my calls and emails. I had follow-up questions and concerns, but the support vanished. Terrible after-sales service.
The entire process took forever. I had an appointment but still waited over an hour to be helped. Paperwork dragged on unnecessarily, and no one seemed organized.
