If I could I would give them no stars.. Purchased my vehicle back in Sept of 2021 From the *****.. I was up to date with all my payments before they shut down. THEN WHEN ******** PROFILO TAKES OVER MY BALANCE GO'S ALL THE WAY BACK UP TO WHAT I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FOR.. THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING WE CAN DO ABOUT.. THEN LAST TUESDAY THEY COME AND REPO MY VEHICLE.
Absolutely the worst. We bought a van in April. Weeks later they shutdown. The warranty we are paying for don't actually exist. The van has been broke down more than running!! We've dumped hundreds of dollars in repairs. Nothing but more problems! All we can do is make our payments but the price went up all of a sudden!! Seriously hate that we are now stuck!!! They should have a lawsuit against them ASAP!!
This is the worst car sales business and I wish I never purchased from them. I was making my payents early and on time, because they were going out of business they took my car. Never contacted me about my belongings. Said no repo showed on file. They owe me money and I want it back
Scammers complete scammers . Im not paying for this I did a voluntary repossession. And they turned around and sold my contract to another company. Ridiculous the car was a piece of c*** everything falling off I tried giving it back for a new car multiple times . They wouldnt let me I want in on this lawsuit . This company doesnt deserve to be a company.

I purchased a car in feb 2022 last year the car was a 2014 ********** outlander se the value was ***** i got it down to ****. The business got shut down and now I am under a new contract and starting all over and I payed all that money last year just to start over basically so its like their getting double out of me which I dont seem Is fair at all they never reached out to me to tell me they was closing down had to find out by the website. I have questions about this I am not about to be paying double the price for no car
