took my vehicle there on friday the 14 of march first they lost the key and made a key with out asking us thats a violation then they damage the door and frame when they broke into to open the door had to call hopewell police twice they stated they would pay for repairs but today march 18 refusing to pay not surprised never go here again 757.00 in damages
I wouldn’t buy from here they take car in neighborhood behind them and dog the hell out of it driving fast , screeching tires and driving crazy then they take it back to dealership and sell it to you, there is no reason to drive the cars like that in a neighborhood where kids play and they think it’s funny to tear car up then try to sell it , I see them doing this all the time, crazy I hope the owner gets a clue.
this spot is a SCAM!! do not do business here! the s am they pulled on me was listing a rust bucket online and then promoted it as a 12k vehicle . had me pay $500 to diagnose a vehicle they knew has a blown engine with 100,000 miles onto. so basically i paid them to work on their own car’ RUN AWAY
Please do not go here to get your tires fixed. Very terrible and dishonest company. I went there to get one of my tires replaced, they should have told me they didn’t have my exact tire on hand 205/55R16 but they went on to put a bad and incorrect tire size 195/55 but I didn’t realize. I trusted them to do the right thing.
