US AUTO failed to sent DMV taxe commission the Title documents in a timely manner. As of date the DMV has not received the required title documents from US AUTO. I called US AUTO and was told that they will call me back within 48 hours. As of date I had not received a call from US AUTO. My temporary tag is about to expire on May 29, 2023.
Be careful. They will disable your car for no reason. No one will offer any reason. They leave you on hold when you ask for a supervisor. I have sent in the form and have had no response.
Very helpful I didn’t have a ride to the dealership they came and pick me up from home. Very finally.
I had a great experience with Shannetta at the Macon location, we did most of the work through phone and email. When I got there I test drove the cars I was interested in and got approved same day. I love my car!
