They had an auction in Kingman, KS. They sent out flyers all over the county, and even mailed them out...I went to this auction and made a purchase. I was floored when I found out that they had added a buyer's premium of 10%... This is not an ethical practice at an auction. Especially when it is no where mentioned on any of the flyers, or on the "TERMS OF SALE" issued to the buyer on the # panel.
