Great carrier, we place all of our builders risk policies with them!!
Had builders risk put in place in May. Had previous coverage. Did not receive a bill so called them. The rep informed me that the bill was sent out and to what address. Informed the rep that was the wrong address and are they able to email an invoice. Emailed invoice received. Utilized the payment coupon and updated my address on the payment invoice. House sold in June so I canceled my policy. On the cancellation form I made sure I had my current address. Did not hear anything about my refund so called at the end of July. I ... read more

I have placed several Builder's Risk with them and before with Zurich. They offer so much and it is so easy to complete forms required. It makes so much easier when you are able to complete applications on line.

This company is a complete joke. Refuse to give a refund for policy that is not used. Rude costumer service and 100% thieves. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
