Unprofessional. Extremely delayed communications. Unclear instructions. No one answers the phone. Clearly they work here for the money while doing the minimum work. I would 100% never ever bring my animals here after just experiencing the customer service. Go somewhere else. This is without a doubt one of the worst government service interactions I have ever had. Hard frickin pass. I can’t stress enough how absolutely terrible this place is. Spend the extra $50 and go to a place that actually wants to help your pets.
Great people. Service was amazing.
Capt knows what’s she doing when it comes to our pets. My Frenchie Altuve was having bad flea and bite problems. She prescribed him so meds and he is back to normal. His fur is really soft again and he is not itching anymore plus no more fleas or anything like that anymore! One of the best in town!
