DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!!! Would not even look at dog bleeding from eye after being bit by another dog. They absolutely did NOT give a crap, and refused to do anything except say make an appointment. This is the reason Civillians should NOT be doing Army jobs.
This place never answers the phone, and if they call you back, it can be up to 2 weeks. If you go there, they always have closed for lunch sign up. Do not waste your time.

The new lady at the front desk is rude. They will put off neutering your dog for no reason. We have been on the waitlist for 8 months after they told it would be a 4 month wait. You are better off getting your dog neutered or spayed at one of the non profit places.
