I am just begging for someone to pick up the phone (or answer an email) and speak to me. I followed all the rules and still have not received my service dog's health certificate endorsement and there is no clarity regarding when I will receive it. Thousands of wasted dollars, immeasurable stress, and likely to miss Christmas with our family completely. No one who travels with a service dog should have to deal with this. It is discrimination. No one with a pet should have to either. Please, contact me.

I have worked with this office for 25 years in my career. The staffing has changed in the last few years, and not for the better. The goal seems to be making everything harder than it should be, while demonstrating a complete lack of customer service. Pricing went through the roof this year. 81 dollars last year is 171 now for poorer service. I guess when you have no competition, you can get away with it.

Huge thanks to this team. Even though it’s clear the USDA has been hit hard by layoffs and they’re stretched thin, they fixed a paperwork error by my vet that would’ve made me miss my flight and the cost would’ve been eye watering. One of the staff vets said she loves helping people and she truly meant it. Thank you, Dr. Starzel. ‏I needed to get a health certificate for my dog to travel to Europe. ‏Every time I emailed them, they responded quickly and were very helpful. ‏When I sent the documents, they processed everything on time and efficiently. ‏I was truly satisfied with their service.
