U.S Air Solutions was hands down one of the best a/c companies that's I've ever had come to my home. They did a full inspection on my unit for $49.95 recommended some services to be done such as a coil clean and a maintenance program. They made me feel comfortable to where I didn't feel pressured into buying and very knowledgeable of my unit so I signed up for a 5years program and they are always here to help me with any questions I have. Please don't. We've had this business service our air ducts for a couple of years. We had an appointment for today (scheduled 10-2), which they even confirmed last week. My wife took off work today. She calls at 12:30 to find out the status, and she is told that "they no longer do this work" or the "the guy that did it is no longer with us" or some nonsense like that. Absolutely incredible. Do not patronize this poor excuse for a business.
This is the worst company. They are the most unprofessional group of people. Stay away.
