Our AC went out over the weekend. We had someone from another company come out on Saturday, who essentially tried to pressure us into buying a whole new unit and refused to even add refrigerant. US Air got me on the schedule and sent out Brandon, who was able to fix the issue quickly, professionally, and most importantly, HONESTLY. Thank you, US Air!
My first scheduled appointment did not show in the set time slot, and the office did not even have the courtesy to call me and let me know. I call them and reschedule and this time the technician does come and look at my unit. He was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Very pleased with this company. I'm a builder and this is who I use for both my new homes and my personal house. Quality equipment, good service, competitive pricing and friendly folks.
I called U.S. Air at 8:15 am due to compressor fan not running on my Trane unit. The technician (Kyle Haynes) arrived before 10:00 am, diagnosed and repaired unit (bad capacitor). Kyle was completely courteous and professional. Price was reasonable, especially for an “emergency” repair. I will definitely be using them again.
