My first scheduled appointment did not show in the set time slot, and the office did not even have the courtesy to call me and let me know. I call them and reschedule and this time the technician does come and look at my unit. He was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I called U.S. Air at 8:15 am due to compressor fan not running on my Trane unit. The technician (Kyle Haynes) arrived before 10:00 am, diagnosed and repaired unit (bad capacitor). Kyle was completely courteous and professional. Price was reasonable, especially for an “emergency” repair. I will definitely be using them again.

Our heating unit went out during an arctic freeze. We spent two miserable nights trying to stay warm. Rather than wait through the weekend, USAir managed to get our new unit installed on Friday afternoon. We are so grateful for the prompt, courteous, professional service we received. Everyone from the receptionist to the owner to the servicemen served us well. This company was recommended by our relative, and it was certainly a good recommendation.
