I haven't had any issues with the appointment line and I love Nikki. She knows me now because I am always having to call in. After 13 years in the military health care system , I think you just need to know what to expect and to be patient and kind as they only have so much to work with, and it is definitely not a fancy civilian facility. You may have your provider switched on you, and at times there may be a long wait to get an appointment. It may take a while to get an appt, but the doctors take time to seriously listen to you here. At my previous base, my health felt like an inconvenience. Here, I am finally be listened to and getting treatment for things I didnt even know I had, from results that never got looked into before. Takes forever to be seen, but the wait is worth it for the attention and care I have received. I feel like I might actually get treated for my issues.

After 13 years in the military health care system , I think you just need to know what to expect and to be patient and kind as they only have so much to work with, and it is definitely not a fancy civilian facility.
