I haven't had any issues with the appointment line and I love Nikki. She knows me now because I am always having to call in. The girls have all been kind. I have NP Cuttie and she has been great. After 13 years in the military health care system , I think you just need to know what to expect and to be patient and kind as they only have so much to work with, and it is definitely not a fancy civilian facility.
Went in for a flu shot. Waited about 5-10 minutes. The young lady that gave my shot was very polite and gave a great shot.
