Love Dr Cuttie. I know things are being moved around outside of the staff’s control and I’ve still never had an issue. always sweet and lively, and if someone is clearly having a rough day they’re still professional.
Staff I spoke with on the phone were highly rude and spoke over me when I attempted to ask questions regarding when I would be able to make an appointment. I initially called to get an appointment with a general practitioner and they said I couldn’t be found in the system and repeatedly inquired if I had the correct information to which I confirmed, also repeatedly.
