The company I work for buys tons of York equipment from this company. Their tech support guy Brian Barker is top notch. He has saved me numerous of times when I've needed help or had any questions about the equipment!
Attention truck driver when you coming with the load if you have bulk seals you have to bring cutter with you.
Called in to order a York part, was told that they would not take my part number because "it could be different" it's a York part number and the guy I talked to had no idea about any parts or what they do. Spent 15mins on hold and another 10 on the phone to have the guy give me ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL.
Good service. Bought a job site umbrella broken out of box and they took care of me and made it right
