Terrible customer service. I hate having to work with this store and if I can ever go to Johnstone supply I do so. The interior of the store looks run down and presents poorly. Avoid this branch if you can.
This place never answers the phone
Rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. The dude with the beard needs a lesson in customer service before his face gets rearranged. Do not do business here, even if you have a license. There are better spots. Those who cannot buy here, just order online. The jerk had the audacity to tell me, "when we need to protect our contractors." Yeah, okay, even after telling him who was and the company, he still decides to be a jerk. We will order the part online and tell our customer who hold off.
