I have been dealing with air-conditioning distributors for 15 years and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I sent my guy in there to purchase a motor and they did not want to help him at all. He tried to give them the information of the motor and instead of asking for the specifications They brushed him off and told him they don’t carry that motor.
