I called to see if they sold to the public. They do so I drove there to buy a run capacitor for my 40 year old Air conditioner. He asked me if I knew anything about electricity. I am a retired Professional Electrical engineer and the engineering manager of a nuclear power plant. I also did inspections of other nuclear plants around the world. He said that he knew nothing about electricity and only sold parts. Great guys to work with.
Our experience with the staff shopping for appropriate parts was very enjoyable. They each shared their knowledge and expertise. Our project was a great success and our phone call to express thanks and gratitude was met with welcome and enthusiasm. Thank you each and all for the great experience! Nothing less than outstanding!
