Armando has horrible customer service, is very rude, and gave me the worst experience.

I’ve been coming here for years, everyone there always has a smile on there face and are really helpful. Anytime I’ve ever had and issue with trying to find parts for a unit they always seem to have what I need or are able to get it promptly. One of the best AC & Heating parts houses in the high desert.
They are not warranting there equipment that should be under warranty, on there new inverter equipment. They want there dealers to get the warranty parts not independent contractors. And they sell to unlicensed people.
