Rented a brand new Airstream for a work-project and was very happy with the service we received. On the morning of the pickup, my F150 Uhaul truck was not compatible with the Airstream 7-pin electrical connector. Bryan re-arranged his day and drove the trailer up to Oak Brook so we could run our event on time - at no charge. Everything was explained on the front-end (other than the elec. reqs which was my fault) and wrapped up nicely on the back-end.
RENTER BEWARE! US Adventure RV's service was fine up until we returned our RV. We rented the RV to go to Autobahn country club for the weekend from Friday-Sunday. As part of the rental we put down a $1500 deposit. We drove 15 miles round trip over the course of 3 days and we were around the RV at all times. We dropped our RV off on Sunday afternoon in their parking lot per their instructions. I recently brought my Airstream in for service and had a wonderful experience. I scheduled an appointment in advance, the manager was awaiting my arrival and quickly got me in the shop. I had my bearings repacked, new Kodiak brake pads installed, and a new skylight installed. The service took just under 3 hours start to finish, which is reasonable for what was done. This place was very helpful getting me set up in a RV rental. I was surprised at how much room was in the motor home. it was very clean. They were patient with me showing me how every thing worked before sending me on my way. My kids loved it. I have rented from other places and was impressed. Thanks ! I will be back next year.
