I'm not a customer tbh. But I noticed the owner will only respond to positive reviews. That's not a good sign. Plus I just watched liz amazing video I would think twice before buying anything from this shop
I have bought 2 campers from this dealer in the last 2 years both have been new and both have been garbage! The first leaked water in under 6 months (mind you it was inside storage from nov-March) so they said they would help me out if I traded it in on another camper! So I did and now am upside down in it and every trip I take (which is 5 trips) it goes back into shop and this last time it went into shop its been in the shop for 3 months straight and still not repaired! What an amazzzzzzing experience purchasing my first camper!!!!!! Tina helped me narrow down my choices and picked out the perfect 5th wheel camper. She was very knowledgeable and recommended me to my very first Salem hemisphere 375 fam ! She answered all of questions. Where do I start ? Parking lot so small ya gotta Damm near park on top of another car the only handicapped spot Is inside the fence where a sign is posted do not go beyond this gate smh. Then ask to look at some 5th wheel campers and they are all locked at 1pm on a Friday I was told a sales person would be available in 10 minutes or less and they would call me 30 minutes of walking around outside looking at locked campers I went inside to see 4 workers just standing around talking. We went in to look at trailers and the service was great but little did I know what was to come. We bought a new 2025 trailer on Monday came back on Friday for pickup. Found out something was wrong with the slide out. Moved our stuff from the old trailer to the new one. We were told the trailer would be ready the following week. That was July 18th it's August 25 and guess what we still don't have the trailer. No follow up , no phone calls and nothing but run around. This is the Worst Customer Service we have ever had!
