Left a 5 star review 10 months ago and just deleted it because of the way we have been treated at this place. Buyers beware. The first camper we purchased - walked in December 2023 with full intentions of sitting down and purchasing. Our sales guy was cool and very nice but getting numbers from the finance department was terrible! They didn’t even sit down with us to give us numbers and we were the ONLY people there. Crazy. This location is wonderful! Every team member is friendly and helpful even when I didn’t purchase my travel trailer from them. The staff is very knowledgeable on RVs and willing to listen to the customers concerns. We met with Catherine today to potentially buy a new unit and I will tell you that she went above and beyond for us. While we’re still deciding when I do buy, I will go right back to this location! Site manager and the GM followed up with me as well, which blew me away!
Maybe the worst sales experience I’ve ever had. Trying to give them money and buy and rv and I’ve gotten out on hold 3 times for more than an hour and no one ever came back. Shameful business with idiots employees.
Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Bought a camper a few weeks ago. Tells us to be there at9am it would be ready. Spent over 2 hours waiting around. Finally showed us the camper then said they would get it ready to go. 1 hour later we just drove around the back hooked up and left. No one around. No techs to be seen. Today we take it back to get the free tv bracket hooked up. 9am appt. No one around. Everyone is in a meeting at 9am. Worked with Kathryn! She was fabulous!!! What a Workhorse! So helpful! She was with us throughout the whole process… after our purchase, we had to move everything from our old RV to our new beautiful RV. Not only did she give us encouragement, she actually helped us in the move!
