This company is the reason we need universal health care. Called and initiated a chat to coordinate the military to pay for my ER bill and was treated terribly. This is how you treat a service member? I can't imagine if I were a civilian. Just plain garbage.
Horrible customer service. Sent me to collections and I have paid them. Now still on hold trying to fix it.
Never got a bill from this company. First notice I got was a threat of escalation. Oh, and my bill is $9. Send me a bill before sending me to collections
I’ve been trying to contact this company since Friday after noon before they closed, Was hung up on. I’m just trying to pay a bill, the bill says it’s in collection however the collection agency listed says they don’t have it…. Frustrating
