Definitely the worst storage company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Y’all do yourself a favor. Find another storage facility. You do not rent through this place. They’re awful. They’re never in the office. I’ve got many photos of Office hours with nobody there and nobody on the property And I showed up four times within one day during business hours.
Gentleman up front was very helpful and quickly changed locations for us due to accessibility. Easy to set up and rent as well
