Everything went seamlessly. The unit was clean. The process to reserve the unit was very well organized. Communication was clear, and billing went smoothly. We would definitely use AXS Storage again. It's accessibility on Business 27 was also a big plus.

The storage units are clean, secure and nice. The customer service has been amazing, especially Hadley!
I think it is one of the most secured cleaners complex I have rented from. Also, I have half a chance to talk and meet the staff. Whom has made me feel part of the family. If the mission statement is to satisfy the customer and go over and above, they have done all of that. I definitely Recommend friends and family.
Poor customer service while having any technical issues. They’ll tell you that you opened e-mails about a balance when you didn’t get the e-mail to even open. Will make you pay late fee on top of late fee for any system errors on their end. Recommend finding somewhere else to store your belongings and asking about their systems or processing upfront.
