RecommendedI was recommended to contact US 25 Tire and Auto by a trustworthy person. I walked in, they diagnosed the issue instantly. What should have taken any other garage probably a week to fix, they fixed it within a day and a half to keep me on schedule to leave for our vacation. Honest, trustworthy, fair pricing and knowledgeable. I will only use this company from here on out! Donna and her staff has phenomenal customer service! So appreciative of them! I highly recommend this company to everyone!
My husband has worked for Bill kindred daughter Donna. He has worked for her a couple of times. The last time he worked there was Aug 13,14,and half day on Wed the 15. His knee went out and came home. Donna won't pay him for what he did work. He works 60 hours a week. So Mon he worked 10 hrs,tues he worked 10 hrs and wed 4 and she told him that he owed that to her. My dear friend was denied service, with no one in the waiting room, with no cars in the garage. Did I mention she’s black? The white customer who walked in after her was served immediately. Shameful.
My friend of color was just denied service by the establishment who said that they were busy when they were not (another pseron came in as she was leaving and was told that they could give his car a look even though he indicated he did not have an appointment). Do not give them your money.
Wish it was possible to give zero stars. A dear friend of mine, who happens to be an African American woman, was just denied service because they were “too busy,” but witnessed a white person taken on as a walk-in immediately after. No, ma’am. That is not okay.
A friend of mine, who is an African American female, was told she couldn’t be helped here today. At the time, there were no cars in the garages and only one white customer waiting. If this isn’t blatant racism, what is it?
A friend of mine, who happens to be an African American woman, was denied service there because "there were no available spots" in the EMPTY garage. Yet, as she left, a white person brought their car in and was served immediately. It is 2018 - these backward kinds of practices have no place in this world. Do not give your business to this shop.
