Terrible customer service and very unprofessional on the phone
Terrible customer service, would not recommend them to anyone.
We had an appointment for 4 today to purchase a Ford Escape 2007 we saw the vehicle parked up front so we could get the vehicle purchased we go to walk up now we had called prior to this again no answer figuring they were busy. Upon arrival found that no one is there proceeded to call the phone number multiple times from two cell phones was picked up and then listen to then hung up on. The service least most to be desired we are going to go look at another car dealership to purchase a car I would highly recommend that you go... read more
