Urugrill catered my Valentines Day party, and all of my guests loved all of the food! Ismael and his wife grilled: churrasco and picanha (both prime cut), shrimp, chicken and veggies, along with salad and bread, with chimichurri sauce. They also brought for a very small fee plates and silverware, too. The steaks are cooked medium rare (some rare), but then cooked to order for each person. My guests were very happy, as was I.
