What a great find in Huntington! I have now been here twice. Both times were excellent. I had the sirloin with potatoes the first time and the short rib the second. My husband had the Cornish game hen and then the seafood paella. All were amazing. The octopus appetizer and cerviche dishes were also great. The service was outstanding and the inside is very “happy”. Highly recommend this restaurant.
See, went back over a year later and instead of getting better, the food AND ESPECIALLY the service has gotten worse!! Mediocre food and horrible people working here!! Go to commack and visit Candela. Really good ,tasty Authentic Peruvian food served there. And with reasonable prices!!!
Wow. This place was incredible. The service was phenomenal - I love how they really cared about giving us an authentic experience, and taught us about the food we were eating. The Pisco sour with their special Peru drink was outstanding I would ask for this. The octopus was seriously the best I’ve ever had. The hen and duck was also amazing, and I usually don’t get chicken because it’s boring but this was soo worth getting. 11/10 recommendation!!!
amazing amazing amazing!! our server sergio and the sweeter older gentleman at the door (didn’t get his name :( ) were so wonderful! the food was so delicious. everything we had was amazing. the paella and the duck was perfect and delicious. everything on the menu sounded really good and it was hard to figure out what to get. the espresso martini and margarita was also wonderful! cannot wait to go back, we had a wonderful time. great atmosphere and service !!!
Had the most amazing experience here. We were welcomed so kindly, service was incredible! The mocktails were spectacular, and we were even given tasters of the housemade chicha morada which was amazingly flavorful. Cannot recommend the Adobo enough, everything was delicious but that particular dish made me melt like the food critic in Ratatouille. We enjoyed the cancha so much we were even given a little extra to take home. I wish I lived closer to come back here again and you should most definitely try this place!
