I brought my computer and my phone in both to be repaired and my phone was done the same day and my computer was done with in a week. The crew at Urtechguys were awesome and had set me up with an appointment ahead of time that allowed for me to pick up and drop off at their office at my convenience. I would highly recommend as I was recommended by another happy customer to check them out.

Derek was extremely helpful and fixed my problem in no time! I STRONGLY recommend them as they clearly know their job. Derek was able to fix my computer through a chat, giving me instructions on what to click, etc. Very Very satisfied customer. :) Thank you!

Went to business location on Google, waiting for Derek the owner. Told me to come outside because he didn't have his office key. Gave him my PC, never heard back from him. Gave pc on April 4 and it's been almost a month now. Found out from landlord that business had been evicted months ago. Owner said PC was taken to police department, pd said they don't have it. Owner never returned the police officers calls.

Had to file police report for stolen property. This company has been evicted from location on ray Rd yet they use the address as if they operate out of it. Manager of the building said they were evicted for not paying rent. After this message the company changed address of FB page but still has address from eviction location registered with state and corporation commission. If you call the business they never answer. Has had my computer for over a month.
