I had a disappointing experience with this staffing agency. After going through the interview process and receiving a verbal offer, I was later informed that the role had been put on hold. While I understand that hiring needs can change, the communication and timing could have been handled more transparently. This situation created uncertainty and inconvenience after I had already begun planning next steps. I would recommend clearer communication and better alignment with clients before extending offers to candidates.

On June 27, 2025, I received a LinkedIn message from Kallie DiRusso at URSUS, Inc. regarding a potential opportunity for an EHS Project Manager position with Meta. She indicated that my background aligned well with the role. I promptly responded on LinkedIn and followed up by email with my resume and a brief introduction. Horrible recruiting agency, Applied for an IT technician position in Las Vegas. Had a online interview with a recruiter, after the recruiter said they were finished with all interviews for the day I would receive an email saying that if/not I made it past the first interview. It has been 2 weeks, complete utter garbage service. Avoid this trash company full of slackers lol.

Had a terrific experience with Ursus. My recruiter, Keeley, found me through LinkedIn. She was super helpful guiding me through the interview process. Keeley definitely understood her client’s needs and was savvy to see my resume aligned with those needs. The whole process from first contact to start date was 6 weeks, and would have been even shorter if it wasn’t for end of year budget approvals!
