The Medical staff are efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The office is clean with short wait times. Dr. Ferguson and her assistants are kind, thorough and show concern their patients. I always receive timely follow up calls from the office regarding any follow up tests needed, bloodwork results, referrals and medications.
The office and staff do not care about their patients. My wife had two separate appointments and both times after being assigned a room, she waited over an hour and a half to be seen by a doctor. Both times she had to speak with a person at the front desk to ask where the doctor was before leaving. This past time after being ignored again, Eva, the office manager said that she would personally call my wife the next day to see if she wanted to reschedule an appointment. Amazing, good, Dr Ferguson was amazing and kind. Everyone here was nice, there was no drama or anything. I came two times and both times I was satisfied, good experience. Thank you.
My husband had an appointment. Took off from work. He waited for over an hour. Was there to go over his blood work results and no Dr to see him. Bad service. Disappointed. They do not care. Do not go to this place.
