Hands down one of the worst establishments I have ever encountered. Uncaring staff that are only concerned with the insurance money they make off of a warm body. They lost my personal belongings, they ruined my clothes in the wash, they allowed other patients to make inappropriate comments to me on a daily basis, they didn’t provide one on one therapy as promised, they kept taking in patients with needs they couldn’t meet, while still not needing the needs of the existing patients. I was blown away by the quick action of brining me in to a well ran organization. They took all the guess work and stress out of my hands from the first phone call. And when I got to the facility the staff worked together as an amazing team. They helped one another and communicated to help provide the best environment and care so that each client could excel in their individual treatment plan. This place is absolutely AMAZING!! The staff is the sweetest most caring people who care the most about your mental health instead of just a payment. Ive tried to get help for so many years and many places and blessed to have found this place! I couldnt have found better.

United Recover Project Behavior Health is one of very few standalone primary mental health programs that treat people like an individual, they strive to meet the needs of everyone looking for help, giving them a tailored experience that they deserve. I would send any of my loved ones here as they are 1 of 1 in terms of how they view and treat mental health
