They went above and beyond especially working through extremely difficult insurance claim. Very communicative & helpful every step of the way! Awesome job on roof & interior damage from leaking roof. They jumped right on the job once claim went through with no delays! Couldn’t be more pleased! Recommend for all your roofing & construction needs
Won't stand behind their work
I had an entire roof installed with gutter guards, new fascia and chimney cap. We couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and crew. Everyone was wonderful. Work was finished quickly and they went above what their job required. I was recovering from an injury so the back and side of house had vines and was grown up with weeds. They actually cleaned them up and carried them off with the old stripped off roofing. Luis is a very good man, he gave us an estimate and after job was complete that is what was charged. Uroza seems to employ a lead-generating company that just spam-texts people, adding to all these spam calls everyone's getting. I had my roof replaced a couple of years ago, so there are no signs whatsoever that I'd need a new one. I got a text from an unknown number that asked if I'd like a quote. I said "yes" so I could track it down and get my number removed. A Uroza rep answered and I requested a call from management so I could find out what list my number is on and get it removed. Bought a home with a roof that had been installed by Uroza a few years prior. We had a small leak and called to have them come out to inspect. The leak was found to be coming from a bad seal on one of the vents. Even though the roof was no longer under warranty and the vents weren’t even installed by them, they resealed the leaking vent and touched up all the other vents free of charge. 10/10 customer service!!
