Uroza seems to employ a lead-generating company that just spam-texts people, adding to all these spam calls everyone's getting. I had my roof replaced a couple of years ago, so there are no signs whatsoever that I'd need a new one. I got a text from an unknown number that asked if I'd like a quote. I said "yes" so I could track it down and get my number removed. A Uroza rep answered and I requested a call from management so I could find out what list my number is on and get it removed. Bought a home with a roof that had been installed by Uroza a few years prior. We had a small leak and called to have them come out to inspect. The leak was found to be coming from a bad seal on one of the vents. Even though the roof was no longer under warranty and the vents weren’t even installed by them, they resealed the leaking vent and touched up all the other vents free of charge. 10/10 customer service!!
Before the hurricane, they replaced my roof, and everything went smoothly. But even though I followed up with them numerous times, I haven't heard from them in the past few months following some minor hurricane damage. Does this location remain open? I have no idea what happened on the communication. As soon as I can get in touch with them, I will return to change the review.

Don't Waste Your Time with Uroza Construction LLC Had a gentleman named Luis come to my home on January 17 to assess water damage and my roof for an estimate. He didn’t take any pictures, didn’t climb on the roof, and didn’t even use a drone.
