UroTuning is one of my go-to's when I have to buy parts for my GTI. Recently, I reached out to the customer service department for an update on an order after I had already spoken with the supplier. Brandon Fisher was kind enough to follow up with the supplier as well, and determined that I had asked about the incorrect item, leading to some confusion on when the item should be recieved by UroTuning. His responses were extremely prompt and helpful in clearing up the situation.
Just want to give a big 5 star to my guy (Brandon) who helped me out!
These guys really stand behind their products! Had a problem with some carbon mirror caps which were a bit out of their warranty period but Brandon and his customer support team came through big time! Great service after the sale which is pretty rare these days. Thanks Brandon and the folks at URO Tuning!
Unfortunately supplier discontinued item but the agent Brandon was able to quickly process my refund for the order once I got in contact with him from the website’s chat box.
