The receptionist was very kind. We did not wait beyond our appointment time. The doctor was very professional.
I don’t know what these other reviewers are talking about. I have been a patient with Dr.Zumerchik for around 3 years and the staff is friendly and the Dr. always answers any questions I have. I think people need to understand that it’s how you initially talk to people and how you treat them first that determines the direction and tone of the conversation. Thank goodness they are not taking new patients. Unprofessional staff. Called and left a message to schedule an appointment and they decided not to return the call. Update your voicemail if you are not taking new patients. Ridiculous to not have a call returned. First impressions matter. Thanks for making my decision very easy to look elsewhere.
