Dr. Laurie Bachrach is the best urologist that I have ever seen. She explains the condition well and spends time with the patient. The back office staff is not very responsive though. For three weeks, I have been trying to get access to the patient portal, Follow My Health. Four times I called the receptionist who says that she will contact the IT department. But nobody from IT ever contacts me. Maybe IT is in India. All I want is my visit summary notes.
