I went on my 1st appointment and had a bad experience. The manager there has no respect at all. She does not care how you feel. I asked for my Dr. and she said you have to pay to talk to your Doctor but I paid twice for a service and treatment I have not received after 4 months and I am still waiting for the doctors call back. Really bad place to go.

UroPartners has done a complete nose dive. Up until the past year they were great. Now they have the worst customer service, no call back on test results, no call back from the office, nothing, etc.

The lady from billing is very rude, automatic attitude right when she picks up the phone.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr Nelson at UroPartners. I underwent two separate laser surgeries for kidney stone removal, and shockingly, no stones were actually removed. Despite going through the risks and recovery of surgery, twice, I was left still in pain and with the same stones in my kidney. The communication was very poor throughout the entire process. It's a good office that's why I put two stars but when trying to call and make an appointment, you get out on hold and hung up on multiple times. They are impossible to get a hold of over the phone. I usually have to go in just to make an appointment cause getting through on the phone is no easy task.
