It's a good office that's why I put two stars but when trying to call and make an appointment, you get out on hold and hung up on multiple times. They are impossible to get a hold of over the phone. I usually have to go in just to make an appointment cause getting through on the phone is no easy task.
Probably the front desk doesn't know how to answer the phone . It takes more than an hour for somebody to pick up the phone
Receptionist is just rude. My boyfriend is in pain trying to speak with her and she’s complaining about him calling to change an appointment. She should be trained properly in customer service. No empathy shame on you uro partners.
The doctors are excellent, caring & quick to answer patient questions. However, the office staff are rude. I get interrupted & talked over in less than 30 seconds within calling & not in a friendly way either. Little following through, efficiency & communication since I get half sentences. If the mistake is spotted, it should be taken care of immediately & not passed on to someone else. Worst experience at a medical office ever. Took my dad in, who is paralyzed btw so it is not easy, as he suddenly had trouble urinating and Dr. Nelson had us go in 10+ times to do absolutely nothing but schedule another appointment. They finally took images to see what procedure he could get in order to not have to use a catheter the rest of his life and he was told his kidney was too weak to urinate on his own.
