I am a model patient, I was shadowed, laughed at by the front end. Screamed at for being friendly by a disturbed Urologist. Tossed back and forth between the UVM team and the CVMC teams because of referral issues, and then given inappropriate tests for an issue that could and may become permanent. They demand cooperation, kindness, respect and patience. I wonder if they realize it takes two to receive such treatment.
