I’ve been calling for a month and have left voicemails and still no call back. I self cath and the doctor that initially filled my prescription for my catheters has since left so the medical company has stop shipping my supplies. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Would not recommend if you have any mobility issues. There is only one entrance that is open and there is not communication on how to get there if you are handicap accessible. We got to the hospital at 9:45am but could not make it to the urology office until 10:15. The office did not answer after four calls made. I eventually had to call the other urological office on Redwood St. and she told us that they had valet and parking options.
