I was initially recommended to this office by my primary care when I had an 8mm kidney stone. Fantastic experience, went for surgery, everything went well! That was almost 2 years ago. Fast Forward to this past week and something has happened to that office. New management? New office personnel? I don't know. I DO know that this has been a horrible experience in regards to communication, in regards to post-surgical care, and as an overall healthcare experience. Took forever for them to call me finally I called them and they did call me back. Made the appointment decent time but turns out I ended up in the hospital the day of my appointment and I tried to get a hold of someone over the weekend to let them know, I was canceling a new patient appointment And it wouldn’t take a message . It said not to leave it. It was strictly an emergency line. I called back on a Monday morning of my appointment to let them know I’m in the hospital got the recording again and it said that also too. Very bad service. They don't return phone calls. Can not recommend Urology Surgeons. I'm all ready looking for a different Urolgist.
Billing was horrible. The billing representative was rude and arrogant. They never did get it right.
3-4 weeks before they return your calls. Several months after to schedule the appointment. Can't recommend them at all
