I am so happy that we chose Dr. Lobo when my husband was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer. At this point in time he is cancer-free. This doctor has a great bed-side manner. Explains results and required procedures well and in terms that we can understand. Refers you to quality providers if he discovers health issues that are out of his field. We are grateful for the care he has provided.
Dr Lobo was great (which is why i gave 2 stars) however, I needed a followup procedure and have spent a month trying to get hold of the surgical coordinator who is ALWAYS unavailable. Apparently, after 3 weeks she finally called me back but didn't leave a message and I'm back in the cycle of calling and being ignored. So, if you're looking for advice, Dr Lobo is great. If you might need a procedure, avoid avoid avoid.
Absolutely horrible experience. I'm a cancer survivor and have been to Dr. Lobo twice now for my annual scans. It can be intimidating and a period of high anxiety as a survivor going back to get these scans completed. As a survivor, you want the results back ASAP so you can set your mind at ease. Dr. Lobo took a month on both occasions to get me my results back. After the first visit, it took nearly 2 months for me to get my results. We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lobo. He took an amazing amount of time to explain what was causing my husband's problem, gave detailed explanation to the treatment recommendation, was kind and gentle. His staff is top notch too. We are so pleased and we have no worries about his treatment plan.
