Carmen Herring, the most unprofessional individual i have come across in the medical community, her knowledge and people skills are .... cant find words. Nor will i allow a provider to get rude and raise her voice at me, there for she clearly did not understand the communication that took place! Feel free to reach out and ask.

My PSA from 8 months ago more than doubled. So i tried to contact the office for an explanation and the course of action and I have been on the phone for 67mins!!! I really like Dr. Osula but the lack of service
My PSA from 8 months ago more than doubled. So i tried to contact the office for an explanation and the course of action and I have been on the phone for 45 mins as caller number 5!! I really like Dr. Osula but the lack of service will force me to move to another urologist. Please improve your customer services so I can stay with Dr. Osula!!!
