My initial visit with Dr. Wood left me a little uncomfortable. The person checking me in acted as if I should somehow know what to do and where to go. I had to ask questions about providing a urine specimen which I felt should have been part of their basic instruction to me. The only instruction I received was a hand gesture in a general direction with words stating to go into the bathroom and provide a specimen. Very nice staff, very thorough and professional, explained treatments, well, Quick labs, good follow up.
They cancelled my husband's appointment I called to reschedule was on hold for 56 minutes then got the answering machine. Each doctor needs their own 2 people answering there calls Dr Jeminez is great but this is unacceptable. Do better
Do not go here if your doctor is Cameron Herring. The most rude, unsympathetic and careless doctor i’ve ever been to. I was refused treatment because the problems I was having are “unorganic” for my age. So if you’re under the age of 30 request a different doctor because she thinks it’s not normal. The ONLY good thing about this place and my experience was they were willing to fully refund my trip for wasting my time.
This office is stuck in the 1980's. No call back system, Appointments take 30 to an hour to make over the phone. You will wait at least an hour after your appointment time to see a doctor. Insurance won't cover basic x-rays with this office. Results were supposed to be faxed to my primary care office. They weren't sent both times I have visited. You will be treated like cattle, get in get out.
