I read through the reviews. Complaints again and again about staff or lack thereof. There are a couple of positive reviews about the doctors, but terrible ones about a poorly run practice. Responses always say that they are short staffed and working on it. They are hoping and expecting improvement. Wake up, Urology Specialist management. Dr. Gennaro has been great. I made an appointment for a vasectomy and also brought up another separate issue he was able to address. I'm on my second day after the vasectomy and the recovery has been great. No bad pain, just discomfort. Dr Gennaro and his surgical assistant, can't remember her name, were both great. They made me feel comfortable the whole time and showed concern for any discomfort I showed during the procedure. I'd recommend Dr Gennaro to anyone considering this procedure. Called to schedule a new patient appointment was on hold for 45 minutes to finally get to number one to be told to leave a message for a call back. Now I am apprehensive about the level of service I will receive from the doctors.
A referral was faxed to this practice on 05/13/2025 for a new patient appointment. The practice did not contact me until 06/02/2025. I called back as soon as I could the same day and was put on hold for over one hour in the afternoon. Totally unacceptable delay in contacting me initially, almost three weeks, and then being put on hold. Totally unacceptable patient inter face!!!
Scheduling raising voice and telling me "office policy". I was told I had to come in separately to get blood work (I live 40 minute away) I pointed to the bandage on my arm and said Ive been coming here for 4 years and never had to do that. They also booked me at exactly 6 months and told me they wouldnt be able to write my script for a week after my appointment - So I have a week with no meds. I informed them that I would have no meds, so I should be moved up a week. They told me again, "office policy". - So the office poli... read more
