Nov 19, 2025: No option on the phone menu to reach and/or leave a message with the nurse or doctor. I am in the midst of a UTI, and waited 51 minutes only to be scheduled with the nurse practitioner next week. The antibiotics are no longer working. I had hoped for a call-in Rx for an alternative antibiotic. This practice is bursting at the seams with patients. I hope they recruit more doctors and address the call-in wait times. 100% 5 stars for Dr. Gennaro and his staff. My procedure was on time, quick and painlees. The entire staff was super friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them!
My initial visit with Dr. Wood left me a little uncomfortable. The person checking me in acted as if I should somehow know what to do and where to go. I had to ask questions about providing a urine specimen which I felt should have been part of their basic instruction to me. The only instruction I received was a hand gesture in a general direction with words stating to go into the bathroom and provide a specimen. Dr. Whitaker. I was in there last week (week of 13 Oct). I think this is my second or third time seeing Dr. Whitaker and I have 0 complaints about my visits with him. Well, maybe one complaint. His friendly, professional, relaxed manner tends to get our conversations off topic causing me to forget a couple questions that I wanted to ask.
