Total and utter lack of communication from this office as well as the Huntersville office. 15 days since an MRI showed a lesion in my prostrate and NO ONE has reached out to me as to what I do next. After I called 3 times and 6 days later, the Huntersville office told me I could have a fusion biopsy "if I wanted to". I responded absolutely yes. I came into the office today referred by the ED. I was asked to arrive at the hospital at 8:45 and hour before my scheduled OV so that I can have X-rays taken before my consultation. I did that and the X-ray department was very busy due to the ED being busy. I get to the Urologist office at about 9:50 at 10:25 I asked a front desk rep if she knew how long it would be before I get called back because I'm noticing 4-5 people after me had been called back.
