I usually will not give a bad review but this is beyond ridiculous. I am surprised at the Hawthorne site.I have been trying to reach this office since Thursday. You immediately go to VM and then they have you go to Klara. You leave multiple messages and no one calls back. I called the University office. They called the Hawthorne office and left a message. The people here were very friendly and Informed . They go out of their way to make sure I understand what was going on. I'm feeling better everyday.
Exactly on time. Keyarea escorted me into examine room. She was followed by Torie who quickly got my status since we last visit. Then Dakota Duke check in to see if I had any further questions. I was out in 30 minutes headed home. All professionals
Dr Ganem, gave me a good plan after taking time to give me choices. The staff always so kind and helpful did their jobs and still do 18 months later. I’m better now and looking forward life, healthier and happier. I’m grateful to him and to them and recommend them to you for urology needs!!
