It's true what they say. The better the doctor the worse the staff. The answering service is garbage: no hold music so you don't know it has answered, the staff forget to forward the off hour answering during duty hours, they don't call back, and 10 min hold times everytime. The staff are rude and policies are bad: they require a SS number to schedule an appt and want to take it over the phone from a referral, appts are months in advance.. I've never had anything to do with this place, they called me but left no message. I called back and the girl really didn't wanna be there it's sounds so she wanted to be bitchy with me and tell me they have over 500 empoyees and couldn't help. Hope her day got better.
