The bad reviews are real. Tried to schedule an appointment and they told me I needed to have a good reason. Is my doctor's referral not enough? Apparently not. Tried again a day later and they're saying some of their doctors do not see patients with any pre-existing conditions and some doctors don't see anybody who has seen another Urologist ever. My experience with this provider was extremely disappointing. From my initial consultation, I felt unheard and dismissed. Although a cystoscopy and MRI were discussed and I was given a referral for the MRI, the radiology department later called to tell me it had been canceled because the doctor’s office said it was already done due to prior surgery — which was not true. Worst experience stay away I have surgery today for parental control very painful dr was rude when I try to tell him about my pain he Check me before to the procedure and mention everything was ok then I show up and he only did half my left side I honestly doubt if he professional etic I am thinking of go with a different doctor and check with a lawyer for negligence
They will not pick up the phone to reschedule OR call you back! Then blame you for missing an appointment. Soooo frustrating when you have something serious to take care of.
