Worst experience stay away I have surgery today for parental control very painful dr was rude when I try to tell him about my pain he Check me before to the procedure and mention everything was ok then I show up and he only did half my left side I honestly doubt if he professional etic I am thinking of go with a different doctor and check with a lawyer for negligence
They will not pick up the phone to reschedule OR call you back! Then blame you for missing an appointment. Soooo frustrating when you have something serious to take care of.
My goal is to get a kidney cyst removed it is at a 1 inch or I need a referral to a surgeon ...this is not patiently waiting list...I need to be referred to general surgeon or someone who specializes in surgery...I have to many symptoms of this kidney cyst...
Still incompetent staff that can’t help anyone on the phone. Reach out to me if you care for information. I’m just trying to get care and your customer service lady is extremely rude and unfriendly.
