My goal is to get a kidney cyst removed it is at a 1 inch or I need a referral to a surgeon ...this is not patiently waiting list...I need to be referred to general surgeon or someone who specializes in surgery...I have to many symptoms of this kidney cyst...

Still incompetent staff that can’t help anyone on the phone. Reach out to me if you care for information. I’m just trying to get care and your customer service lady is extremely rude and unfriendly.

I was a patient of Urology Specialists of Nevada for 27 years. Because of two spinal cord injuries I have a couple of conditions that require me to see a urologist at least once a year, and usually more. Since Dr. McBeath and Dr. Leo retired years ago, the quality of care here has declined sharply and the office staff is sadly inefficient. The last time I was there, there was an error in their computer showing current and outdated information about me and one of the office staff, I think the office manager, raised her voice ... read more

Dear [Doctor's Office/Manager's], I am writing to express my deep frustration with the unprofessional and disorganized experience I had during my recent visit to your office. I arrived at the office at 9:30 AM for an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM. Upon checking in, I was informed that I owed a co-pay of $95, despite having two active insurances.
